ELAPC was founded in 2005 in response to a growing need for services geared towards women in unexpected and unplanned pregnancies. They needed two websites that they could easily maintain in-house and that would provide women the resources and education needed to make an informed and positive decision regarding their pregnancy and parenthood. We built the websites on a WordPress platform and provided the training needed to manage their site in-house.
